Reservation Policy  預約細則

  • A non-refundable deposit of total $300 is required, which will be taken off from the bill.
    預約時需提前繳付 $300 訂金以確保出席,訂金會於帳單中扣除

  • If you encounter an issue during deposit payment, please contact our Customer Service at +852 67477915.
    如在繳付按金時有任何問題,請透過WhatsApp+852 67477915聯絡我們的職員查詢。

  • ​The time slot will be properly booked after we receive your deposit.
    只有在收到訂金後,你才能成功預約

  • If we failed to receive your deposit 48 hours prior to your visit, we may release your booking to the waiting lists.
    如在預約48小時內沒有收到你的訂金,我們可能釋放出你的預約

  • If you wish to make reschedule your slot, please contact us ASAP, your deposit will remain valid within a month.
    如果你希望將預約改期,請提早通知我們,你的訂金會在一個月內保持有效

  • Any rearrangement will be closed 24 hours before your booking and your deposit will be taken if you cannot turn up.
    如需更改時間,請於預約時段 24小時或之前通知,否則你的訂金將不會被退回​

  • Please arrive at our studio on time. We will release your table 15 minutes after your reserved time and not return your deposit. Please contact us ASAP if there is an emergency.
    所有預約遲到15分鐘我們將會視為不出席,並不會退還訂金。如有特殊情況,請於預約時間前盡快通知,我們會盡量為你提供協助。
